SAUVAGE CHAMOMILE
Description
Wild collection sites on the outskirts of towns are becoming increasingly rare, partly due to the spread of urban development and the effects of Morocco’s recurrent drought. Cultivation allows better control of the harvesting stage and therefore the distillation yield, which can fluctuate greatly. Cultivation also ensures the sustainability of this production.
